1-2-1 sessions are the perfect place to start for an individual looking to gain a better understanding of the motorsport industry and how to go about landing the career of their dreams.
Are you a team or a driver looking to gain funding for the coming season? We partner up with teams and drivers all over the UK who are interested in STEM education.
Our trackside pass system allows you to gain the soft skill development from the 1-2-1 sessions in combination with working trackside gaining hands on experience.

”I contacted Ollie back in August 2023 after graduating from university studying Motorsport Engineering and feeling totally lost. Throughout our 1-2-1’s it was important to open up about my career fears and anxieties and discuss them with someone who has lots of experience and could relate to mine. I realised I knew exactly what I needed to do but just needed that inspiration and action. From my work experience day, I was asked to come again for the Sunday, and luckily for me, a driver was looking for a race engineer to work with him in the Time Attack UK series, for which I will be doing this year! Additionally, Ollie helped with my work-life balance, whereby I changed jobs to start building go-karts too. I can 100% say, this experience really did help me thrive and it is just the beginning!

We are thrilled to announce that Charlotte has secured a prestigious four-year machining apprenticeship at McLaren Racing. Starting this September 2024. Charlotte’s journey from a passionate student to a future professional at one of the world’s leading motorsport teams is a testament to her hard work and dedication.
