WHO ARE WE?
”Here at Pitlane Development we are dedicated to helping people start a career within the motorsport industry. We coach individuals to improve their soft skills whilst also helping them essential trackside experience. Pitlane Development was founded in late 2022 by Ollie Walsh, professional race mechanic and motorsport engineer.
WHAT MOTIVATES US?
”Motorsport has historically been an incredibly niche and difficult industry to break into. Especially if you have no previous contacts or links to the industry. I also found that once I finished College and University there was very little specific career advice out there to help me into employment.
Now with 15 years experience I feel the time is right to offer services and guidance to support the next generation of aspiring motorsport professionals.”
