RACE TEAM PARTNERS

To deliver our trackside Work Experience programme, Pitlane Developments partners with club-level race teams and privateers across the UK. These partnerships allow us to place clients into real motorsport environments while maintaining a safe, structured, and professional setting.

By working together, we help support our partner teams’ race seasons while giving our clients hands-on experience at live race events. Participants work alongside experienced team members, gaining insight into race-day operations, garage procedures, and pitlane activity.

This collaborative approach benefits everyone involved—supporting grassroots motorsport while providing authentic, real-world experience that helps prepare clients for careers within the racing industry.
