NON-TECHNICAL ROLES

While motorsport is often celebrated for its cutting-edge technology and engineering, the industry relies heavily on non-technical roles to drive its success. Non-technical roles in motorsport logistics and operations are critical to ensuring the seamless execution of events and team performance. These professionals handle the intricate planning and coordination that keep the show on the road. Logistics managers oversee the transportation of race cars, equipment, and spare parts across the globe, ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Operations coordinators manage the setup of paddocks, garages, and hospitality areas, creating efficient and functional workspaces. Travel coordinators handle accommodations and schedules for teams, drivers, and support staff, ensuring everyone is where they need to be.
