DRIVERS

A Racing Driver is responsible for delivering competitive on-track performance while representing the team professionally both on and off the circuit. Drivers work closely with engineers to optimise vehicle performance, provide detailed technical feedback, and execute race strategy under high-pressure conditions. This role demands elite physical fitness, mental resilience, technical understanding, and media professionalism. The level of licence and qualification required to compete varies very much on the championship and level they enter in.
