1-2-1 CAREER COACHING

1-2-1’s are a meeting technique used as an opportunity to discuss priorities, talk about support requirements and your additional learning needs. They are beneficial for those in full time education and also looking to transfer into the motorsport industry from existing careers. The 1-2-1’s are designed to help anyone at any age develop a clear career progression path and understand what it takes to be successful within the motorsport industry. Our sessions work around you and are held online via google meet.

During our one-to-one sessions, we provide a comprehensive and personalised experience designed to support your professional growth and readiness for a successful career in motorsport. The sessions typically include the following components:

  • Detailed ‘get to know you segment.’

  • CV/Cover Letter improvements.

  • Networking advice and clear career path guidance based on your chosen field of interest.

  • Soft skill development, tips & tricks.

  • Interview Preparations, tips and tricks.

  • Technical seminars and hard skill development

SAFEGUARDING

All 1-2-1 sessions are delivered by staff who hold a current Enhanced DBS check.

Sessions follow clear safeguarding guidelines aligned with UK best practice when working with under-18s.

Where a participant is under 16, parent/guardian consent is required before any session takes place.

Sessions are conducted in a professional, structured environment, with clear boundaries and learning objectives.
