PITLANE DEVELOPMENT TO LAUNCH ITS OWN TEAM FOR THE 2026 SEASON

We’re thrilled to officially announce a major milestone in the journey of Pitlane Development: the launch of our very own race team for the 2026 season.

While we’re keeping the details of what we’ll be competing in under wraps for now, rest assured that it’s something big. This new chapter is not just about chasing trophies, but about pushing boundaries, investing in talent, and creating real-world opportunities for the next generation of motorsport professionals.

A Natural Evolution

Since day one, Pitlane Development has been about more than just online career coaching. We’ve been committed to giving our clients meaningful, practical exposure to motorsport—bridging the gap between education and the high-pressure environment of working within the motorsport industry. Starting our own race team is the natural evolution of that vision.

Our new team will serve as a dynamic platform to immerse our clients directly into the fast-paced world of professional motorsport. From hands-on mechanical and engineering roles to strategic decision-making and race-day operations, they’ll be right at the heart of the action.

Trackside Learning in a Real Team Environment

By creating our own team, we gain full control over the learning environment, allowing us to tailor every aspect of the experience to our clients’ development. Students will be embedded within the race team, working alongside seasoned professionals and contributing to real results on track. They won’t just watch—they’ll do. As the season progresses and our clients take on more on more responsibility we will slowly start taking a step back and allow them the opportunity to run on their own 2 feet.

Founder’s Vision

Founder Ollie Walsh shared his thoughts on the announcement:

“This has been in the works for a while, and I’m beyond excited to finally share it. Competing is in my DNA—but what makes this even more rewarding is being able to offer our clients the kind of trackside experience that simply can’t be taught in a classroom. We’re not just building a race team; we’re building a launchpad for future engineers, technicians, professionals and leaders in motorsport.”

Looking Ahead

While 2026 might feel a little way off, preparations are already well underway behind the scenes. From vehicle development to team structure, everything is being designed with one goal in mind: performance an professionalism on and off the track.

We can’t wait to share more in the coming weeks and months. Keep your eyes on our channels for exclusive updates, sneak peeks, and behind-the-scenes insights as we build toward an unforgettable debut season.
