Our sessions are tailored around the individual and consist of general career building advice, interview skills and hard skill development. 1-2-1s have also proven to be hugely beneficial to those looking to transfer their existing skillset into a new role.
TRACKSIDE MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
Get real trackside motorsport experience — No connections or prior motorsport experience required! Our packages are designed to give you peace of mind whilst simultaneously providing career development opportunities for those over the age of 16. The passes combine the online learnings of the 1-2-1 sessions with hands-on trackside motorsport experience.

Pitlane Development reaches the climax of the 2026 season with Round 7 of the City Car Cup Championship at the home of British motorsport, Silverstone Circuit.
